    She has been influencing change through servant leadership, elbow grease, and lattes for over 20 years. She is a massive maker and the majority of her education comes from the relentless pursuit of understanding team dynamics, continuous improvement, and reflection.

    Tammy's has sprinted with some of the largest and diverse industries in the fortune 500 including energy, engineering, legal, non-profit, and insurance. Tammy is a passionate learner and has engaged in the learning communities of IDEO U, altMBA, Agile People, and Scrum.org. She has participated in the Nike Circular Innovation Challenge: Design with Grind with OpenIDEO and strives to help others through volunteering her time to other learners at IDEO U.
